A vehicle's front end head lights and lenses over time become pitted and turn milky or faded. When faded, light emittance is greatly reduced and visibility is unsafely impaired. The lights are virtually unrepairable once they reach that condition. The only real remedy is to replace the light. Replacing headlights, turn signals, or fog lights can be very costly.
